Rising costs, missed delivery deadlines, recurring quality issues and customer complaints are all typical challenges that any organization can face.
Through 10, half days of interactive online instruction, you will have the chance to become a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and an indispensable champion for continuous improvement in your organization. Your perception of your work processes, products/services, and clients will be transformed. Using powerful tools and methodologies, you will identify waste in a process, develop strategies to get to the root cause of problems, and learn to lead multidisciplinary teams. By the end of the class, you will be able to create and implement lean six sigma solutions that will drastically improve the way you deliver value to your customers. |
